Sales Manager Role
- Construct sales and marketing programs which will contribute to achieving the Division and Group ROS and RONA objectives.
- Hire, develop and maintain a sales force which will consistently meet the objectives of the Company, Group and Division.
- Responsible for training and developing less experienced sales professionals in order to achieve growth in strategic business segments.
- Works with Regional Manager and General.
- Manager to recommend account assignments and strategic plans to gain new accounts.
- Ideal candidate will be driven, focused, action oriented.
