Our Indianapolis Service Center is in need of a driven, creative, and results oriented Service Manager to take charge. This person would have a passion for success and the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving and getting the job done right. This passionate individual will be highly involved in pushing his/her technicians to succeed. Setting the example by leading from the front and helping in the development of strategic plans and the execution of those plans. Primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead the Service Department to achieve profit and growth objectives while maintaining the Wiers high standards letting this market know why we have been so successful for over 50 years now.

In this role, you will work alongside the Service Advisor(s), by helping to estimate and direct the workflow of the shop Technicians.
Your duties will include:
