Executive Director of Sales Overview

  • Leading our sales team to be the best in the nonprofit industry
  • Working with our sales, marketing, and support departments to increase revenue
  • Optimizing current sales channels and creating new ones
  • Increasing prospect conversion rates
  • Meeting and exceeding set revenue goals
  • Creating and documenting procedures
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and COO with status updates
  • Providing feedback to our development team to improve our product
  • Optimizing, researching, and implementing sales software tools
  • Refining sales processes

Executive Director of Sales Requierments

  • 4+ Years of sales or fundraising management
  • Hands on management style
  • Knowledge of inbound sales/fundraising
  • Understanding of marketing channels
  • Understanding of nonprofit organizations (preferred)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fantastic verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working in a start-up environment or ability to work in rapidly expanding and changing environment
