They need help finding out more about the organizations contacting us and providing them with basic information about our product. Inbound Sales Lead Manager

  • Answering inbound phone calls from prospects
  • Calling back prospects who fill out our online lead forms
  • Engaging prospects in online live chat
  • Providing general information about our software
  • Connecting prospects with our sales team
  • Asking questions to gain more information about the needs of each organization

Inbound Sales Lead Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years sales or customer service related experience
  • Fantastic verbal and written skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Software savvy
  • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Desire for a successful career in sales/business development.
  • Emotionally/technically intelligent, hard working, personable, and humble.
