Sales Manager Overview 

The Sales Enablement Manager will support our growing SLED Sales organization by building a platform to programmatically share best practice solutions, customer success stories, and key sales wins across the sales organization. This individual will network with Management and Account Executives across the SLED sales division (US nation-wide) to drive the design, development and delivery of training and development programs to ensure the team has current and relevant content to effectively sell and differentiate Zones. This is an integral role to our growth and will report to the Director of Sales Enablement. 

Sales Manager Responsibilities 

  • Design and lead new hire on-boarding programs for Account Executives.
  • Continually evaluate the needs of the sales organization relative to Account Executive development needs.
  • Stay informed on internal tools, technology and selling methodology used to improve sales productivity.
  • Identify success trends and key wins and build needed story telling forums and programs.
  • Educate enterprise sales teams on key successes, selling strategies, lessons learned, and unique value proposition.
  • Own creation, planning, project management and metrics/reporting for regional execution of sales enablement initiatives and programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field sales enablement investments and programs using key metrics and scorecard goals.
  • Participates in sales team meetings to support sales leadership in reinforcing proper selling techniques.
  • Serve as lead on key events such as annual Sales Kick Offs and other major events.

Sales Manager Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • History of driving high results
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong sales presence and credibility
